Vaquero Vaquera - Return and Exchange Policy

General Return Policy

Vaquero Vaquera gladly accepts returns of unused, original, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online at Vaquerovaquera.com for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in perfect, original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Returns and Exchanges Process

To initiate a return or exchange, visit https://www.vaquerovaquera.com/returns/ and follow the prompts. Then, ship your package back to us. We'll notify you as soon as your refund has been inspected and processed, or your requested exchange is on its way.

Once Vaquero Vaquera receives your returned product, we will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the conditions set forth in this Return and Exchange Policy. After inspection, we will notify you as soon as your refund has been processed or your requested exchange is on its way. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will provide a refund to your original method of payment or ship your exchanged product, as applicable.

If you prefer to return or exchange items in person, feel free to visit one of our retail locations.

You can choose to ship a return using the prepaid shipping label provided by visiting https://www.vaquerovaquera.com/returns/ and following the prompts to obtain your prepaid shipping label and send your package to us.

Vaquero Vaquera is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exclusions and Exceptions

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
  • Personalized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.
  • Returned products must be sent to Vaquero Vaquera in their original packaging and accompanied by the original tags.
  • Vaquero Vaquera may reject any exchange or refund request if, in its sole discretion, it suspects fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or other manipulative behavior.

Vaquero Vaquera reserves the right to require and electronically capture customer information from a valid state or government-issued ID for all returns/exchanges.
