Shipping Policies:
The delivery time for purchases made on the vaquerovaquera.com platform is 8 to 12 business days after payment confirmation and validation in our system, which takes a maximum of 72 hours. This depends on the area and your zip code. Shipments are made from the city of León, Guanajuato.
Orders placed on the website will be processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday will begin shipping on Monday, along with payment validation in our system.
Our free shipping will apply to purchases over $1,500.00 pesos (amount per order)
The shipping cost will be 250.00 if the order amount does not reach 1,500.00 and will be covered by the user. The shipping cost will be indicated prior to total payment.
Once your order has been validated by our couriers and payment has been reflected in our system, the Vaquero Vaquera team will contact you via email. You will be provided with the tracking number from the courier so you can be informed about the status of your shipment via the Tracking section on the website.
UPS will make 3 delivery attempts to your home. If no one can receive the package on the third visit, you can pick it up at the UPS office directly by presenting an Official Identification and the Tracking Number.
Purchased products will be packaged in packaging that safeguards the delivery of your merchandise, as well as the protection and quality of the Vaquero Vaquera product.
Important Notice:
If upon receiving your merchandise you detect that the packaging or tape has been removed, is open, or is damaged, before signing the receipt, verify in front of the parcel operator that your items are in good condition and complete. Otherwise, we ask that you do not accept it, write down the reason on the courier receipt and contact us by phone (477- phone number ) or, if you prefer, by email at vaquerovaquera@gmail.com . It is important that this report be made within 48 hours of receiving the product or returning it to the parcel service, otherwise it will not be possible to make a claim.
